Scheduling Policy

CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel the booking 12 hours before the meeting time, you will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the remaining lessons. If you cancel the booking within 12 hours of the meeting time, you will be not be refunded. 

**In the event of an emergency and you need to cancel, you have 2 free passes each month. 

RE-SCHEDULING: If you reschedule the booking up to 12 hours before the meeting time, you will not be charged a reschedule fee. If you reschedule the booking within 6 hours of the meeting time, you will be charged an additional $20.00 USD.

LATE: (We all have those days, don’t worry) There is a grace period of 15 minutes after the start time to call 808-425-4500 and notify us to wait for you. If you fail to notify us within the grace period, your session will be considered a No-Call, No-Show and you will not be refunded for that lesson.
